Upcoming Retreat
As we explore the path of awakening, we can see the temptation to avoid pain and focus on the ultimate. While it is wonderful to be resourced in the freedom of our nature, we can also explore why certain habits keep hanging around. Liberating effects is helpful but seeing what cannot be unseen radically alters the playing field going forward. Being brave and willing to look at our own shadow side and unconscious drives can make us more compassionate and helpful to those we journey with on the path.

Take a moment and see if you can drop into that tender humble appreciation of just what is. What do you notice? What sensations arise in your body, and where?
Upcoming Gatherings and Workshops
