Some have said that being human is a traumatizing experience. Learning how to work with our nervous system without shame and blame while also with gentle responsibility, can be a tall order. It takes a village to heal our wounds. We can learn about what triggers us. We will explore how we feel when we start to get triggered and how to create safety and functioning for our healing path.

We’d love for you to join us! This is such a beautiful way to support your own and others’ practice, with lots of opportunities to sit together, learn together, and laugh together! Your membership also helps support my teaching activities, which allows me to create even more resources for you!
How is your meditation practice going? What is coming up for you as you practice? What obstacles are you encountering? Where would you like to feel more confident?
Here is a video with more information about meditation coaching and how it can help you learn which mindfulness and awareness techniques can best help you navigate your life, unlock obstacles, and grow in your potential in all areas of your life! You can also book a session here.
From the Lojong Slogan, Don’t be frivolous, which members of our Online Sangha discussed on Sunday morning.
This coming week see if you can notice when you’re trying to get ground. What might you be evading? Be very gentle with yourself as you reflect on this!
