Hello and welcome to this week’s online weekly newsletter!
Sunday Online Workshop July 18, 2021, 12-3 pm
“Feeling the wisdom of body in this very moment is a skill that can benefit our communication skills, ability to meditate, work with a therapist effectively and know what we need in relationships. In other words without being in touch with our feelings we are lost. Being able to feel deeper layers of feelings is a skill that generally all of us can develop further. How do we know when we are “authentic and genuine?” By being congruent with our feelings in our body.”

A meditation coach is someone who helps you use mindfulness and awareness techniques to help navigate your life, to help you grow in your potential and unlock obstacles, to help you with a particular skill set.
The wonderful thing about the practice of meditation is that you can use it to do just about anything, because we do everything with our heart and mind. Our entire experience of how we perceive the world is governed by how we work with our own heart and mind.
Meditation really does turn being alive into an art form. It doesn’t mean all of our problems go away, or our suffering, but the way we work with them changes, and it is a delight for me to help people realize and fulfil their potential.
Here is a video with more information about meditation coaching and how it can help you learn which mindfulness and awareness techniques can best help you navigate your life, unlock obstacles, and grow in your potential in all areas of your life! You can also book a session here.
Here you might bring to mind a situation that feels tense for you, perhaps one where you feel torn and don’t know what to do. What would it be like to hold both perspectives with love?
And last but not least, a MINDFUL MOMENT to take with you into your day…
Take good care and see you next week!
