HELLO AND WELCOME TO THIS WEEK’S ONLINE WEEKLY NEWSLETTER!
UPCOMING SUNDAY ONLINE WORKSHOP
“Once we feel the wisdom of our bodies we realize we are not independent actors alone nor are we automatons. We have the positive constraints of our dynamics, what we feel. Our feelings can be reactive, but in each of them is the wisdom of reality. feelings when felt without conceptual tinkering, are pure transducers or microphones of the spirit. Our unique journey lives as the karma and patterns that flow and become obstructed in our subtle bodies. As we learn to respect and heed what we feel we contact the self verifying truth of our own pure perception, thus we can “make decisions” or realize what we already know choicelessly.”

MEDITATION COACHING
A meditation coach is someone who helps you use mindfulness and awareness techniques to help navigate your life, to help you grow in your potential and unlock obstacles, to help you with a particular skill set.
The wonderful thing about the practice of meditation is that you can use it to do just about anything, because we do everything with our heart and mind. Our entire experience of how we perceive the world is governed by how we work with our own heart and mind.
Meditation really does turn being alive into an art form. It doesn’t mean all of our problems go away, or our suffering, but the way we work with them changes, and it is a delight for me to help people realize and fulfil their potential.
Here is a video with more information about meditation coaching and how it can help you learn which mindfulness and awareness techniques can best help you navigate your life, unlock obstacles, and grow in your potential in all areas of your life! How might this optimize your wellbeing?!
You can also book a session here.
REFLECTION
From our online sangha’s exploration of 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva Verse 1: Commitment on Sunday July 25. What arises for you as you contemplate this?
And last but not least, a MINDFUL MOMENT to take with you into your day…
Just notice whether you are allowing or resisting what is arising right now. How do you know? Where do you feel that in your body? What does it feel like? Does it change as you notice it and bring awareness to it?
Have a wonderful week!
