HELLO AND WELCOME TO THIS WEEK’S ONLINE NEWSLETTER!
MINDFUL MOMENT
Let’s begin by taking a Mindful Moment together, shall we? Let your attention drop from the swirl of energy in your head down into your body, into your heart, perhaps anchoring it there with the warmth of your hand. Notice where you’re feeling the breath in this moment.
Now, you might notice what you’re telling yourself, either about this image, the invitation to take a Mindful Moment together (What?! How?!) or the person or situation in front of you right now, and just be curious! What else might it mean? What else might be possible?

MINDFUL MOMENT
Let’s close with another Mindful Moment
Notice how it feels to read those words. Are you able to let them in, to really feel the truth of them, perhaps placing a gentle hand over your own heart? They are true! They just are!
Wishing you a wonderful week!
