We’ve been on a short hiatus as we’ve been springing into summer, and accommodating retreat schedules and website hosting changes, but we’re back and excited to be sharing inspiration, reflections and weekly practice reminders with you.
Let’s take a moment and just check in with ourselves, letting our attention drop from our thinking mind, that swirl of energy in our heads, filled with to-do and not-yet-done lists, down into the feeling body, perhaps anchoring our attention with a warm, gentle hand on our own heart.

SATURDAY MORNING HEALING AND COMPASSION PRACTICE
Here you’ll find a recording of our Online Sangha’s Saturday Morning Healing and Compassion Practice from this past weekend where my assistant Janet led a beautiful self compassion practice.
The schedule for our weekly Saturday Morning Healing and Compassion Practice sessions is as follows and all practices are open to the public. Email Janet for the link if you’d like to join us, or if you have any questions at all!
1st Saturday of the month: Maitri and Compassion Practice
2nd Saturday of the month: Just Like Me Practice
3rd Saturday of the month: Self Compassion Practice
4th/5th Saturday of the month: Tonglen/Maitri Bhavana*
*Maitri Bhavana will always be the last Saturday of the month unless there is a special request for it at another time. If there are five Saturdays, we’ll do Tonglen practice on the fourth Saturday.
