Tuning into our sense perceptions is a wonderful way to synchronize mind and body, to be fully present, and to see what’s really true. The 3-2-1 Pause can help us to do that.
You might begin by simply noticing your body, becoming aware of where you feel the body breathing. Check in with yourself. How are you feeling right now?
