Here is a collection of material that describes the view and context for the 21 Gestures of the Living Sadhana, including video walkthroughs of the first seven gestures, all 21 gestures, with the verses embedded in each video. There is also a document with the text for the verses. (Note that in the longer video some of the verses are slightly different; that is an earlier version.) There is also a list of the podcasts that Nick has referred to in some of his workshops.
This is in an online course format and if you don’t already have an account on Teachable, it will ask you to create one. Let us know if you have any difficulty with that.
Morning Gestures Practice 8:00-8:30 am Eastern in Nick’s Zoom Room
Tuesday Evening Transmission 6:30-8:30 pm Eastern in Nick’s Zoom Room
All Sunday Workshop Gatherings 12:00-3:00 pm Eastern in Nick’s Zoom RoomCohort members are welcome to attend any or all of Sunday gatherings. The last Sunday of the month is the Cohort Gesture Wrap Up and Q&A.
Your welcome email stated that the 1st Sunday of the month would be an introduction to the gesture for that month. We’ve decided that the last Sunday of the month will be a wrap up/review of that month’s gesture, and the new gesture will be transmitted in the following Tuesday night gathering, i.e. two days later.
Our Tuesday Evening Transmission will now run from 6:30-8:30 pm Eastern. We keep running out of time with only 1.5 hours! If you need to leave at 8 pm, no worries!

We’d love to have you join the discussion and sharing of inspiration and momentum to practice through the day if you haven’t already. If you’re not using Voxer, the first step would be to set up an account (free version is fine) here. Then search for Nick nkranz308 or Janet janetpal and one of us can add you to our channel. It’s fun! And enriching!
