This commitment has to do with becoming clear about our inspiration for this training. Part of the culture that we are practicing together is one in which we have reflected upon what is important to us and are willing to look upon each other and our practice with joy and energy. Your inspiration is something that you can clearly and simply voice to the cohort and yourself.
Many learning traditions employ a linear curriculum.
While this in itself is not problematic, many times the student is left trying to fit themselves into the next step presented in this linear approach.
In our learner-centric approach, we present a view of the entire path up front and we practice a kind of spiral learning where depth keeps unfolding as we engage over time.
As we mix our life experiences with this circular approach to the path we unlock a truly limitless journey of depth and learning. Rather than propose a fixed endpoint to the path, we as a group and community, explore together the ever-deepening freedom and insights that emerge as each of us unlock our unique potential.
