“In many ways, the skills we learn in Social Meditation are like having a portable shrine room that supports us in our daily lives outside of formal practice. Coming back to the principles that we practice as a group, for example, the body, speech and mind instructions for good head and shoulders, congruent speech and braveryvulnerability, is like donning armor that can help guide the practice of how we show up in each moment, and support us in being sustainable and resilient as we open to continued learning about ourselves and others, and being with ourselves and others in difficult emotions and the chaos of this time in our world. Whether you’re brand new to social meditation, an experienced participant and/or facilitator, or somewhere in between, this workshop is an opportunity to come together to learn more about and deepen in the practice.”
